So I’ve tried losing weight but i gave up every time i started
Now I am Starting slow and making it a huge personal goal
1st I’ve meditated on it and focused on why I want this, how good I will feel when i reach my goal and adopt this healthy life style
Plus I want to show a few people (my ex included) How hot I can be (:

2nd I have made it personal. I AM MY WORST ENEMY I am going to defeat myself
I love my body and now I Have to start proving it
3rd Playlist!!! I love music and I’ve put together a list that makes me want to get up & workout. Songs that keep me going
4th Workouts Start slow simple & try as many as I can so i find what I like and what is effective
5th Make it a commitment to most importantly myself & to others so I wont just quit (my reasons for making this blog)
